CALL FOR SUBMISSIONS—short plays that take us to the edge

Jose Rivera has said, “Theatre is the explanation of life to the living.” We are in great need of these explanations—but there are so few opportunities to read and experience such voices. Many Mountains Moving would like to acknowledge and celebrate the role drama and some hybrid mediums play in combining poetry, story, and performance. Many Mountains Moving is soliciting work designed for the stage. We are seeking original pieces that challenge some of the traditional theater conventions: works that go to the roots, works that provoke and engage, works that take us to the edge.
